That bit made me laugh. They couldn't be arsed to fix the sound issue when the Crimson Dragoon trailer was playing, but the moment they get heckled they pulled their finger out their ass. I bet they would've let BF 4 play without sound if they hadn't been booed.

I'm genuinely impressed at the show of games. F*ck Halo, Titanfall is where it's at, I knew Respawn would delivery. Has this change my mind about getting a One? Helllllllllllllllllllllll no.

Lies, the PS4 is the top product being looked at at amazon.co.uk. Blatant lies.

EDIT: HA! Despite the fact that the official Xbox One advertisement is on the front page: buzz vs hype. More people are interested in the Kindle then the f*cking Wankbox One.

Strange thing is, The Witness was the one game at the PS4's reveal that gave me that feeling of "I really want to play this game" despite the lazy graphics and the fact that is was just a bunch of trees and panels. I haven't even played Braid either :P

"you got a raw deal with Microsoft so you trash them every chance you get"

What's wrong with that? If he doesn't want anything to do with Microsoft then what the hell does ...

I would download it if they paid me to. Wouldn't play it if they paid me to. Unless they paid me ALOT of money.

But for free? Naaaah, I'll pass. Hate Fable with a passion, so even if it's free, I wouldn't want to waste my time playing it.

Yeah, the remote control dog thing feels kinda weird but whatever...

Hard to tell the graphical quality from these videos. I'm sure it'll look good enough, but my oh my, does the gameplay look as dull as dish water...haven't played a COD campaign since MW2, and this doesn't look like it's gone anywhere since then.

No thanks Activision, I've already played this game.

"I see a bleak future where instead of owning what you bought it's a long term rental service that we're buying into. There's a lot of trust being removed from gamers in my opinion and if enough people don't buy into it, we may save our hobby from certain doom."

Exactly. People talk about this change as if it's inevitable. It isn't, or at least it doesn't have to be. If we want the industry to allow sharing, borrowing and reselling (wh...

"but people really need to stop acting like if the shoe was on the other foot, Sony or Nintendo, they would not be trying to defend their chosen console maker. They would try to find loop holes in every argument to gain the upper hand"

Nope, nope, nope. I've rooted for Microsoft since the announcement of the first Xbox and I love my 360. I even riped into the PS3 and Wii when they were launching. call me a fanboy then. But I am not defending MS. I won't...

That's the other major thing that get's me: I can only play for one hour if I'm on a console the game wasn't originally registered on and the connection goes down...why? What's the reasoning behind this restriction exactly?

So hang on, what happens when my console breaks, and I have to replace it with a new one...you mean I get second-hand priviledges because I'm using MY gamertag on a brand new second console I've just brought?

I agree with dedicatedtogamers in some way. There's a very real possibility that doing this is going to choke the console business. Sure, there will always be die-hard fanboys and casuals that buy into it, but if the majority of core gamers vote against console DRM, well, the core gamers are the ones that are putting money into the industry. The irony is that MS is allegedly going after pirates and "cheap-skates" who have the audacity to buy a game second hand, yet it's t...

Yes! Finally someone who talks sense. Sure, games have always been on the expensive side, but times are tough, the economy is in recession and most gamers simply can't afford to pay full price for games. There's loads of games this year I wanted to get, and I DO want to pay full price to support the devs and publishers, but I simply can't because I have to manage my finances. I would certainly buy more games - new - if they were cheaper.

Thank God someone has done are article on this. Steam and Xbox One are not the same. The Xbox is a PLATFORM, Steam is a SERVICE. There should be comparisons between Xbox Live and Steam, not the actual console.

"Xbox One: Details on Connectivity, Licensing and Privacy Features - Ms confirms 24 hour check in"

It has been "confirmed" since the Xbox One's announcement. Not sure why you felt the need to add that, no one has questioned the 24-hour check in functionality because MS were quite clear about it. At least it seemed pretty clear to me.

Why would Nintendo be so protective over Bayonetta 2? Nintendo have the strongest first party franchises out of all the big three. It's Sony and Microsoft that need to whore exclusives and give away bags of money so their systems have exclusive games (less so for Sony obviously, they have quite a good mix of first party studios at the moment).

Bayonetta 2 will be coming to either Xbox One or PS4 or both. Just wait and see.

Rising is an amazing game, don't knock it! Is the narrative lame? No, it's super-lame. Would it have been better with a proper Kojima story line? 1000% better...but the combat is so damn good, I can forgive everything else that's wrong with it (just think of it as a Platinum game, not a Metal Gear Solid game...)

I have major respect for Platinum, they know how to make fcking good gameplay. They can insult anyone they want :)

I agree with headblackman. I can only claim to have played the KZ2 demo but I quickly realised it wasn't for me. I am damn impressed by how Shadow Fall looks, it's probably the best game I've seen EVER, but I'm still in two minds as to whether I'll bother getting it on PS4's launch, because gameplay-wise it doesn't look ground breaking and I'm not a fan of Killzone's style of gameplay.

Ok sure, I'm judging it based on 10 minutes of a ...

Hopefully they'll learn like Sony did as well...
